When the input is people, naturally,the calculation of whether the input is used effectively or not and the techiques ofusing productivity change quality. At the first part, the human resorces managementis investigated. By this approach, the subjeects such as what human recoucesmanagemant involves are handled with its historical progress. In these chapters, theperformance evaluation process and performance techniques are dealt with. And alsothe peformance evaluation in education organizations is investigated. At the thirdpart, the research material and its technique are given. The research model, mainpopulation, sampling, gathering data and solving them, also evaluating them arestated. At the fourth part, the analysis of data obtained from research is done. Theresearch was done in 123 primary school which are in the city centre of Gaziantep. Itwas searched how the process works, the thoughts of school masters arbout theteachers work in their school management process its results. Also the knowledgeabout the statistics in schools were collected. The data related to aim of the researchwas picked up with the helping of the about primary school teachers, schoolperformance results questionnaire and school management process questionnaire andststistic datas belongs to school.Key words: Performance, Performance management, Performance evaluation,Education institute.
