Abstract (EN)

Performance management a results-oriented management aimed at the continuous improvement of performance, understanding. One of the most important components of performance assessment of performance management. In addition, organizational and personal purposes is currently performing as a tool in enterprises. Performance assessment, the person will have the potential for this business and work according to the degree of his work and achievements were identified and analyzed the impact of productivity and business efficiency is to achieve results.In this study, performance concept, performance management, and assessment of the definition, scope and performance management in the public sector are discussed. In addition, the development of performance management in our country's public Financial Management and dealt with under the law No. 5018 control and performance management innovations. Finally, in our country, implemented performance-based wage system in medical institutions with an instance of the relationship between budget and performance assessment. There are mainly two dimensions of the performance management. First put into corporate objectives and goals, they are evaluated and reported the results of the resource is allocated to and realization of enterprise performance management. Other size is more the subject of human resource management and the evaluation of the performance of individual performance aimed at people management. Corporate performance management in institutions with the implementation of the individual performance management by creating a culture of performance measurement and evaluation can make it easier to apply. It is one of the most problematic issues, especially public administration in charge.Especially the "is equal to equal pay" no application adversely affect employee productivity. Application of performance-based remuneration employees in this direction could be a effective solving method seems to be.
