Abstract (EN)
Organizational commitment and professionalisation has been one of the most researched topics among researchers and employers. The studies about the relationship between these two concepts perform differentiated results. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment and professionalisation. The sample of the study is a group of staff in a foundation university in Ankara city. A survey has been conducted with 165 Academic and administrative staff. Survey consists in demographic questions, organizational commitment and professionalisation scales. As per research findings, a statistically significant relationship has been found between organizational commitment professionalisation other than the professional ideology which is a sub dimension of professionalisation.
