Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY: In this study, solutions of protein were compared the suggested relaxation mechanisms for NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) spin- lattice relaxation time (Ti). At first, studies of solutions of protein, which is concerned with Ti of NMR, were investigated. The investigations showed that there were a lot of different and same opinions about Ti relaxation mechanisms. This suggested opinions were separated in terms of the effect of Tj relaxation mechanisms, macromolecular internal rotation, at random diffusional behaviour, protein concentration, Cross- relaxation etc. Finaly, opinions about Ti relaxation mechanisms were summarized as six basic opinions and the Ti relaxation mechanisms from the basic opinions were compared.
