Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this study is to reveal the effects of the psychological resilience on the organizational commitment and the intention to quit. The data were gathered from 309 employees serving in public sector by using survey method. The structural equation modelling and correlation anlyzes were used analyzing the data by the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 and IBM SPSS AMOS 21.0 programs. The findings showed that as a pozitive psychological concept the psychological resilience has effects on the concepts of the organizational commitment and the intention to quit according to the analyzed data. In addition to the findings the organizational commitment has also an affect on the concept of intention to quit. On the contrary it is concluded that the demographic qualities has no affect on the psychological resilience. As a result a model that views the effects of the psychological resilience on the organizational commitment and the intention to quit can be offered.
