Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research; to reveal the effect of psychological capital and quality of work life on organizational identification. Five-star hotel businesses in Afyonkarahisar constitute the universe of this study conducted specifically for hotel businesses. The questionnaire technique was applied by taking samples from the universe. The questionnaire of 418 participants who participated in the survey conducted for five-star hotel businesses in Afyonkarahisar was evaluated. In the analysis of the data in accordance with the research purpose; percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, reliability analysis, factor analysis, independent sample t-test (Independent Samples t Test) and one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA), correlation matrix test and multiple linear regression test methods for difference analysis has been. Within the scope of the research findings obtained; It has been determined that psychological capital and quality of work life have an effect on organizational identification. In addition, based on the analysis results, the psychological capital perceptions of the participants differ significantly according to their gender, education and staff levels, their perceptions quality of work life according to their education level, staff level, working time and income in the company, and organizational identification levels according to their departments and staff levels. Based on the findings obtained in the research, suggestions were made to the sector, enterprises, managers, employees and future researches.
