The process of creating a public referendum written press function (Yeni Şafak - Radical newspaper)

In this study, the creating public opinion function of written press is discussed and in this context, Yeni Safak and Radikal newspapers are examined. These two newspapers are thought to represent the written media. On the basis of these newspapers, an overall evaluation is made on the written press.With regard to the constitutional articles that are being planned to be changed in the 2010 referendum, these two newspapers has been examined within this eleven- days time frame in relation to how much in news they focused on informing the public with regard to the changes planned with the 2010 referendum.
