Main and auxiliary activities to provide competitive advantage of enterprises in outsourcing: A research on private hospitals

Enterprıses, today increasingly competitive environment of globalization and continue their existence. In such an environment, outsourcing, provides enterprıses a competitive advantage. Outsourcing provides cost savings, quality improvement, risk sharing, flexibility, speed, downsizing, focus on basic skills and competitive advantage in enterprıses.The purpose of this study, to research the use of outsourcing in terms of providing a competitive advantage in enterprises. To do this, managers in hospitals providing a competitive advantage is measured in terms of perceptions about outsourcing.
