Abstract (EN)

In recent year, in vitro plant propagation of strawberries become very important in the worldwide also in our country due to the having virus and disease free, high multiplication coefficient and convenience for plant quarantine traits. The effects of light (16 hrs photoperiod, 8 hrs dark) and continuously dark (15 days) on leaf disks and stipules regeneration and using various concentration of including indole group auxin (Indol butyric acid), cytokinin (Thidiazuron) plant growth regulators and silver nitrate (AgNO3) were tested on plant regeneration. Shoot numbers per explants, regeneration percentage, percentages of calli (%), diameter of calli, color of calli on various media implantation and various light regimes were also evaluated. Among the explants types and strawberry varieties based on media contents and light rejimes. The highest shoot numbers was obtained from stipule explants of Festival variety using 0.4 mg/l IBA, 3 mg/l TDZ and 1 mg/l AgNO3 media.
