Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this research is to determine the level of occupational burnout and stress relationships of health workers, which is one of the most important points of the health sector, and to examine the relationship between them. In addition to this, the demographic characteristics of the health personnels that participating in the study were also determined as a secondary objective in terms of studying the concept of occupational burnout and stress.
