Abstract (EN)
Health is considered to be a most precious gift that we human beings need to have, protect and sustain despite the risks brought about by our living conditions. The institutions which help us protect it before we?ve lost it; or regain it after we?ve lost it are a part of our lives. In the recent years, the issue of the quality of health services has frequently been discussed. There are various reasons for this among which we can list the increasingly effective role the government plays in health services, the increase in the demands of the patients and the like; and the improvement in the initiative of the hospital management staff in terms of quality. Economy education is crucial in the health sector, so that we can provide quality-wise better, more economical health services to everyone under egalitarian terms. In order to achieve this, the management skills of the health officials need to be improved.
