The digital transformation in the healthcare sector aims to enhance the accessibility and quality of healthcare services with the opportunities provided by technology. In this context, telemedicine and e-health systems play a significant role in facilitating easier access to healthcare services for patients and strengthening communication with healthcare professionals. In Turkey, the digitalization of healthcare services is rapidly advancing. However, the problems and challenges encountered in the current situation should not be overlooked. In this regard, providing a roadmap for the secure implementation of telemedicine, identifying security vulnerabilities, and offering solution proposals are important. Additionally, the establishment and operation of medical consulting websites constitute a significant step in healthcare services. The creation of a medical consulting website named "patient portal" presents an important opportunity to enhance patient-doctor communication and facilitate access to healthcare services. This website will enable patients to communicate with their doctors whenever they need and increase their access to health-related information. Moreover, the medical encyclopedia provided on the website, including introductions to diseases, presentations of medications, and medical advice, will help increase patients' health literacy and empower them to make more informed healthcare decisions. All of these steps will contribute to making healthcare services more effective, accessible, and secure by integrating telemedicine and e-health systems with biomedical applications. This study aims to examine the potential and feasibility of the digital revolution in healthcare services, thereby contributing to the improvement of future healthcare services.
