The aim of this research is to investigate the mediating role of trust in the institution in the impact of change management practices on the working climate in healthcare institutions. The healthcare industry is in constant change due to many factors such as technological advances, legal regulations and changes in patient expectations. In this dynamic environment, it is of great importance for employees to adapt to these changes and maintain their trust in the institution.
