Administrative and financial services management in health institutions, Honaz State Hospital example

In the globalizing world, there are developments in the sphere of economic, sociological and technological developments. All developments are directly or indirectly affecting the healthcare sector. In the face of this situation, some changes had to be made in the management of the hospitals, which is the most important pillar of health services. To improve the quality of life and the quality of health services, health care professionals who are well educated, have high communication skills and persuasiveness and who have improved themselves in social sciences and economics are needed to provide healthcare services in the most efficient way. In this study, historian method and literature search technique are used. Health management systems are considered to be important in raising the health level of the society.
