Abstract (EN)

In our age of rapid technological, sociological, economic, and social life change and developments affecting increases the needs and expectations of society. Therefore, services such as organizations, particularly health institutions adapted to developments, in order to be successful, they have more sensitive to human resources and human resource management and is one of the most important applications of HRM training-development activities as the largest investment made to human resources works. Implemented a complex organization of health institutions is provided to organize this complexity with HRM, applied training and development activities also increased in knowledge, skills and motivation of employees is provided. In this study, the concept of HRM practices and these practices are of the most important training and development within the health institutions, a literature review and personal experiences and reflections is described. Health institutions depending on what training and development activities in HRM while examining, in particular, the training and development of health institutions in the basic sizes, training-development process and training-development benefits of health institutions are described with examples.
