Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to define the level of organizational communication between hospitals which have a system of quality management and which don?t have it and reveal the influences of the system of quality management on communication performance within organization.In our study, health management, communication, communication within organizations and tools, total quality management has been evaluated. The data?s related with this study have been obtained from hospitals that have system of quality management and that don?t have. With purposes of determining the level of communication within organizations, having the system of quality management and using communication tools within organization in terms of organizational communication training have been investigated.As a result of findings, it puts forward that quality management system increases the effectiveness of communication within the organization, not the organizational communication training.
