Abstract (EN)
Total quality management is a system that it purposes some factors these are to fortify relationship among the employees of the establisment, to get same point of view through the employees? eyes, to close a deal some encountered problems at the flow of work, to determine the errors in advance and to put a good show. Object of the action is to get employees to accept the system of the total quality management and what could be done to improvement in medical establishment by the employees. To determine that how could the system work perfectly and get employees motivation well in the system of total quality management.Effect of Total quality practices and continuous improvement to employee motivation at medical establishment was researched and underlined. Conducted a survey result that two state hospitaler which they have quality certificate panels were used with analysis of data in the program of SPSS and its results is marked by the panels.
