In this study an application was made for the consideration of replacement investment for Magnetic Resonance, which became necessary for diagnosis in healthcare services and require great investment capital among technology replacement investments. In this application calculation of the rate of using capacity, estimation of patient demand in the coming years, research the relationship between the rate of using capacity and demand were carried out respectively and in the next step the profitability of this investment was evaluated by using financial analyses. In the result of these evaluations the decision was made for investment.
