Relations between syndicates and motivations: A research on education sector

Education is the most important factor to reach the aims of daily economic units. Whatsoever organizations they are, the aim of all of the institutions or organizations is to lead the efforts of workers to the collective aim and so to put the aim of organization into reality. In this point, his loyalty to his institution should be provided and motivated for the expected contribution t o the organization. It is possible to meet the expectations of co-workers from the institution in order to motivate them. The Lack of Communication between workers and employer has stemed from increasing number of workers. The workers find opportunities to change or to join the decisions to be taken by means of the syndicates which are spokeman of the workers. In order to motivate the workers, what they want is important for the employers. The thesis includes four main titles. In the first part, the features of syndicate concept and the history of union have been examined. The syndicate movements in the world have been discussed with samples occuring in Germany, England and the United States. In the last section of the first part, the birth of syndicate and its progress from the period of Ottoman Empire to today have been examined and trade unionism today has been evaluated without any syndicates, and with the problems of syndicate movements and with the matters of workers? wishes. In the second part, administration and motivation have been evaluated. Why the meaning of motivation is needed, and the theories related to motivation have been scrutinized and motivation elements have been discussed. In the third part, the effects of syndicates on motivation have been examined by a survey which has been done in an education sector and has been presented with meaningful results.
