Abstract (EN)
Plant diseases, pests and weeds cause significant yield losses in agricultural production. Although there are several management strategies, farmers prefer pesticides because of their ease of use and their short-term effect. The most important problem of the pesticide application is the residue problem which remains in the harvested product. The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of method according to the amount of residue in greenhouse conditions with different sampling intervals and to detect the most effective method for pesticide removal. In this study tomato was selected as a plant and the most commonly used pesticides Lambda cyhalothrin and Indoxacarbas active ingredients were selected. After the application of these pesticides on tomatoes grown in greenhouse, the degradation rate of pesticides were calculated with different samples takenat thebeginning, 1st day, 3th day, 7th day, 14th day, 21st day, 28th day and 35th day by dynamic plant uptake model. Furthermore, for the residue removal studies, 1st day tomato samples were used to reduce the residue amount they were washed with tap water, peeled, washed with ozonated water for 1 min, 5 min, and washed with boric acid, borax decahydrate, colemanite, etidot, BYA 12 and BYA 18. The most effective method of residue removal was found peeling followed by washing with water, ozonated water for 1 min, BYA 12, etidot, ozonated water for 10 min, BYA 8, boric acid, colemanite and borax decahydrate respectively. As aresult, it has been observed that active ingredients behave distinctive with different substances and further studies should be done with these active ingredients.
