Islamic scholars give the most importance to the Islamic Fıqh among blessed Sharia Laws. In Islamic Fıqh, a great importance is given to propretary rights, law of domestic relation, legacy, halal-haram, and issues related to different parts of life. Some Scholars have written individual Works that elaborate on these issues in detail. Lustration and Purity come to the first among the topics of worship. Leading Scholars have explained these issues blow-by-blow. As it known, Molla Halil es-Si'irdi (death 1843), the last great scholar of Shafii Fiqh in Anatolia, has wrote respectable work about ''Ma'füvv'' (exceptional, forgiven). Many scholars have wrote glosses about that important work. Among these glosses, I'd like to choose Sheikh Mahmut ez-Zukaydi's gloss as basis to my thesis because it's the most valuable and far-reaching one. We divided the thesis into two parts. This part includes a detailed review of the life of Molla Halil and the author. The second part is about the investigation. In this part we examined the author's method and explained the unknown words, and gave informations about men who mentioned in the text. Also we gave proofs from tradition to the issues that kMolla Halil committed. We gave contexts that we used and Molla Halil used in his work. And we explained Shafii Scholars' names and symbols that expressed the books.
