Sıfır toplamlı olmayan üniversite-sanayi yakınlaşması: GIP örneği (Girişimcilik ve inovasyon platformu)

As a result of high level industrialization and urbanization, the number of knowledge-creating players has skyrocketed and the shape of knowledge network got more complicated. Managing this network effectively in accordance with knowledge creation lay a significant base for value maximization and innovation. In order to ensure sustainable benefit of knowledge management in continuously changing market conditions, flexible business models need to be preferred. This study aims to present a win-win strategy seeking university-industry convergence based on the interconnected structure of the multiplayer value creation game. At first, an extensive review of the literature about entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation is undertaken to determine their core traits and inter-relationships between each other. Following this, modern university concept, technology transfer process and university-industry relations as well as cooperations have been studied in detail. Finally, in order to put the theory into practice, the business idea have explained in detail and a platform called "FikreDeger Entrepreneurship and Innovation Platform" is presented which provides a non-zero-sum approach as well as seeking academic and industrial convergence. Also, the proposed platform is enriched with a particular business flow chart which provides the management of ideas and a business model.
