Abstract (EN)

The specific strengths and energy densities and the stability of the nanocomposite materials obtained from rGO/RuO2/PVK, rGO/MnO2/PTTh and rGO/TiO2/PEDOT nanocomposite materials were studied by various methods, such as DV, GCD and EES. 1 M H2SO4 electrolyte solution was used during electrochemical performance measurements. As a result of these various methods, EES values were reached and ZSimpWin simulation circuit program was used based on these values. By using the data in this program, simulations of real circuit models that can be applied in nanocomposites are shown. It also provides information about circuit models that can be applied to commercial supercapacitors in the future. For rGO/RuO2/PVK nanocomposites, LR1Q(CR2), LR1(QR2(CdlR3)), LR(QR), LRQ(CR), R(CR) and LR(CR)(QR) can be applied with real circuit models. For rGO/MnO2/PTTh nanocomposite; It is found to be compatible with R(QR), R(CR), RQ, LR(QR) circuit models. Finally R(CR), R(QR), LR1(C1(R2(C2R3))), LR1Q(CR2), LR1(QR2), LR(Q(R(CR))) models were applied for rGO/TiO2/PEDOT nanocomposites.
