Abstract (EN)

The effect of wages on productivity in companies is a continuously debated and researched topic in the business world. Wages are a significant factor influencing employee motivation and, consequently, organizational productivity. The perception of fair and adequate wages increases employees' commitment to their jobs and loyalty to the organization, while low or unfair wages can lead to high turnover rates and low productivity levels. Effectively designed wage systems play a critical role in helping companies gain a competitive advantage. Performance-based wage systems motivate employees to achieve goals and enhance individual performance. In addition to wages, factors such as career development, job security, and working conditions also play significant roles in motivating and increasing productivity. Economic theories suggest that wages are shaped by market dynamics and the supply-demand balance of labor, while psychological theories highlight that wages make employees feel valued, enhancing job satisfaction. It is emphasized that wage policies should consider not only market conditions but also the expectations and needs of employees. Wage policies are strategic tools that can directly affect employee motivation, productivity, and ultimately, the overall success of a company. Therefore, it is important for companies to develop balanced wage systems that meet both industry standards and employee expectations. Key Words: Company, Wage, Productivity, Labor Force.
