Abstract (EN)

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the morphological, biochemical characterization of wild garlic (Sirmo) plants collected from 12 different locations in Van province and the opportunity of gynogenesis induction of A. vineale. Morphological properties, total antioxidant capacity, total phenol and phenolic compound contents of the studied plants were determined. The difference between the locations in terms of morphological characteristics, total phenol and antioxidant contents of the studied plants were found statistically significant (p <0.01). It has been determined that the highest phenolic compound is the protocatechuic acid. In cluster analysis, it was observed that the locations were divided into two main groups morphologically and three main groups biochemically. In terms of biochemical data, L-1, L-6 and L-8 locations were in the same group as A. schoenoprasum. In the study, 0.29 % gynogenic response was observed and 0.14 % gynogenic plantlets were obtained. The best result for stimulation (0.40 %) was obtained in induction (F14) in which 2 mg / l 2,4-D and 2 mg / l BAP growth regulators were added based on MS the induction media (A100) based on BDS received a 0.26 % response. The best ginogenic response was obtained from medium-sized (3-3.5 mm) flower buds. In 2018, 2.53 % plantlets from callus and 0.62 % direct shoots, in 2019, 0.71 % callus shoots and 0.32 % plantlets were obtained. In clonal propagation, 30 % vegetation was obtained in topset of plants belonging to Çaldıran region and 25 % in Yumruklu region topset.
