Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to develop a practice guide and website for use by prospective teachers and practicing instructors in conducting the Classroom Teaching Undergraduate Program Teaching Practice 1 and 2 courses in a way that supports effective inclusive practices. For this purpose, a design-based research model was used in the research. The study participant group consisted of twenty-eight prospective teachers studying in the fourth grade of the Classroom Education Department at Trakya University's Faculty of Education. Data obtained from the interviews during the research process were analyzed descriptively using the MAXQDA 24 data analysis program. As a result of the research, it was seen that the theoretical contents related to inclusive education in the practice guide, materials such as infographics, adapted lesson plan templates and examples, scientific publications, digital resources that can be used in teaching activities, up-to-date resources on IEP, checklists and observation forms for teaching adaptations, practice-based activities that can be carried out in the practice school and social interaction meetings that can be held during the process were evaluated with positive feedback by the teacher candidates. The majority of teacher candidates in the study found the website's content useful. They stated that they primarily used the website for information gathering and storage due to the intense KPSS preparation process, particularly utilizing content such as "summaries," "videos," and "audio presentations." Teacher candidates expressed their satisfaction with the web-based coaching program implemented during this process. They also emphasized the need for instructional adaptations and the IEP for inclusive students, but shared their observations that these practices were not implemented in practice schools. The study includes recommendations for practice and further research based on the research results.
