New class teacher training model and managers (4 + 4 + 4) opinions on (Pendik district sample)

Education has great importance in the view of development of hunambeings. Countries which have strong education systems lead constant improvements in science and industry. When we look in this aspect, it is clear that searching education, examining and recorrecting it is our social duty. This work has been prepared to see the applicability of new 4+4+4 system for teachers and managing staff. Scanning model has been used in this research. Accordance with the research, questionaire has been used as a device of scanning. All data gathered from questionaire has been uploaded into SPSS. In all sections of the questionaire, Chi – Squared Analyse has been applied. In consequence of the research, some of the meaningful items are; counseling and social club's works should continue at the fifth grade, branch teachers should also give lessons at the fourth grade classes, the statement that parents should decide the students' school age and the statement that I think system change appeared as a result of needs are meaningful.
