Abstract (EN)
The Khazar State is a political power established by Turks who emigrated from Central Asia and established a strong state on the Black Sea coast. From the 7th century to the 10th century, they established a powerful and effective economic order on the geographical region they are in and they are a state which has differentiated with the religious preference chosen by the state. The social order that the Khazar state created has provided a model society that allows different beliefs to live together easily. Their tolerance and the justice system they have established have shown that different beliefs can live in a peaceful way with justice, and that such an environment will affect the continuity of the economic system positively. At the same time they have established a strong commercial network with the policies they have applied, by determining the geographical position they are in and the situation of the states in the region.
