Abstract (EN)
The first part of this thesis, which consists of five chapters, is considered as the introduction and a literature summary is made. Afterwards, the basic concepts are mentioned and the subheadings of soft sets, soft groups, soft topological spaces, hyperstructures and topological hyperstructures are presented. In the third section, some soft topologies are given. In the fourth chapter, soft topological hypergroups are examined and some related definitions, examples and theorems are given. In the fifth chapter, soft topological hypergroups are studied and some important characterizations are presented. In addition, this thesis study was completed with the conclusion section by examining the relationship between soft topological hypergroupoids and soft topological hypergroups.
