The effects of support premium on the social security system during the struggle against informal employment

In all ages of history mankind felt the necessity to protect against poverty, diseases, neediness, accidents and similar risks. Thus different methods for compensating and satisfaction in regard of damages resulting from those risks were developed. In this context social security become ?depending on emerging economical, social and political factors- a symbol of modern civilization and transformed our era in an era of social security. Social security is an essential instrument for implementing principles and institutions like ?the social state?, ?social justice? and ?social jurisprudence?.Today all countries on earth ?without importance of which political regime or economical system they are- own -sufficient or not- institutional social security systems. Every country from the most developed to the less one. So there is a social security institution in Turkey, too. This institution provides premium oriented social security services but has also to face various problems. The most important problem is the financial deficit. At the same time informal employment is one of the biggest factors effecting the increase of financial deficits.
