Peyami Safa's style in accordance with his novel Sözde Kizlar

Language, which serves a function in communication firstly, appears as the most important item for the literary works. Writers may outlast to the extent that they use it. It is the language, which presents the writers to the readers andmakes them eternal in the literary world.Safa, accepted as one of the best writers in Turkish literary, is one of the novelists who use the Turkish language successfully in his works.Safa who lends impetus to our literature by strengthening the plot and the moods of the protagonists with literary phrases has the literary style which has many words, full of new compositions, imagery and lively metaphors and similes, the niceties with many and various adjectives and adverbs. In this study, Turkish Syntax is viewed comparatively with reference to ?Sözde Kızlar?, Peyami Safa?s novel. The evaulation studies on ?Phrases and Sentences? of several linguists are taken into consideration.In the first chapter, phrases are viewed under the head of ?Phrases?. Repetations, conjuctions, adjective clause, possessive pronouns, noun clause, possessive adjectives, titles, exclamations, number groups, prepositional phrases, abbreviation, gerunds, participles, verbal adverbs, compound nouns, compound verbs are viewed under the subtitles.Under the head of sentence, there are sentence components : predicate, subject, object, indirect object, adverb. After thesubtitles of non-sentence elements, ıt is informed of sentence and sentence types studies. They are classified under the subtitles of sentences according to the structure, predicate types, predicate place and semantics. It is benefitted from the phrases of the work in the samplings of the study.In the last part, Safa?s style is deducted with reference to all this study.
