Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to emphasize the effects of sports disciplines on the vocal health and quality of the singer, and to examine the positive and negative effects of the symptoms of the vocal cords and the muscular structures that provide the formation of voice during and after high-intensity physical exercises, which are reflected in singing performance. It has been investigated which factors play an important role in the relationship between the performance of the athlete and the singer and the effects of physical performance, human anatomy and voice quality. In the first part of the study, the physical parameters of the sound and the anatomical structures of the muscles that produce the sound were examined, and the organic and functional sound disorders of these structures were observed. In the second part, vocal training and the criteria that should be in a quality voice were determined and how a correct voice training process should be examined. The points where the physical development processes of an athlete meet in common ground and benefit are discussed with the development of the vocal exercise and physical exercises of the muscles that should also have a quality voice and the formation of the voice. In the third part, the intersection points of a singer and an athlete are determined. There is only one thing these different branches use in common, "Anatomy". The increase in muscle mass and the psycho-social motivation provided by physical performances have been associated with the benefit of a singer's voice production and anatomical structure. In the fourth part, a comprehensive examination of the positive and negative effects of high-intensity sports disciplines on the singer's vocal health and quality was established by associating sports disciplines with sound quality.
