Abstract (EN)

The research was carried out on a total of 40 subjects, group of the same age with 20 sedentary group and 20 men doing sports . Equal number of subjects were divided into 4 groups. Beginning of the study and at the end of 6 weeks each and physical (weight,fat percentage, the right and left hand grip, back stregth, vertical jump, flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic power) and physiological ( heart rate at rest and fatıgue, systolic and diastolic blood pressure) values and by 5 milliliters of blood samples were obtained from subjects twice. Glucose, insulin, lacate, zinc, copper, magnesium and determination of whole blood values were realized in blood samples taken.Athletes with the application and exercise group blood glucose levels increased with exercise. Insulin values were decreased. Zinc and magnezyum levels of groups that are reinforced to the zinc supplement and reinforcement were identified to increase depending on the exercise groups. Erythrocyte platelet, erythrocyte, leukocyte and indices rise with the application from Hematological parameters were identified. As a result of the reinforcement, values of erythrocyte and leukocyte occurred a significant increase.In conclusion, study made and the findings got, zinc supplementation and weight workout have a positive contribution on Sports performance and human health. It is said that used the mineral zinc by target groups in the appropriate dosage as a an ergogenic hepler might be useful.
