Abstract (EN)
Let Tn be the full transformation semigroup on the set Xn ={1,2,...,n} LetOn ve Dn be the order preserving and order decraeasing sub semigroups of Tn , respectively.We set Cn = On \Dn. The structure of these semigroups have been investigatedrather throughly. The semigroups On;Dn and Cn have quite interesting properties. Inthis thesis, we make a survey of these properties, especially, rank properties of thesesemigroups and the number of some special subsets of these semigroups.
