Abstract (EN)
ın this dissertation, the structural, electronic energy band structure, density of states (DOS) and optical properties of SrTiO3 and SrZrO3 crystals in the cubic and tetragonal phase were investigated bye using density functional theory (DFT) within the local density approximation (LDA) for exchange-correlation. The electronic and optical properties of tetragonal phase of SrTiO3 and SrZrO3 were investigated bye theoretical for first time.
