Abstract (EN)
The issue of the safe zone created by Turkey in northern Syria has become one of the most prominent issues in the Syrian issue, although there is uncertainty about the clarity of the vision of international actors regarding this safe zone, especially in the complex situation of Syrian refugees. However, many displaced persons who fled from various parts of Syria and sought refuge in this safe zone by escaping the security and religious living conditions confirms the importance of this region as a haven for Syrians. The assumption of this research is that because of people from different social and cultural backgrounds in the country taking shelter in the built safe zones, social and cultural problems arise, and the possible change process is painful. Based on this assumption, the study will focus on the new population component resulting from the asylum, and solutions will be presented by addressing the resulting difficulties. To this end, the political, security, social and economic realities and events that led to the formation of the safe zone in northern Syria will be discussed.
