Abstract (EN)
In this reseach, SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treat) and BSC (Balanced Scorcard) application, hospital management issues are investigated.In the first chapter of thesis, management, specifically hospital management is explained. According to this chaper, a literature research is added. In the second chapter of this thesis, SWOT dimensions are explained. In the third chaper, BSC dimensions are clarified. The fourth chapter of the thesis, a survey is applied to the employees of hospital to get employees perceptions.In short, by assessing the findings of data analysis, it is pointed out how SWOT and BSC are correlated with hopital management Keywords: SWOT, BSC, Hospital management, SPSS Application
