The effect of supply chain agility on supply chain performance and business performance

In order for businesses to continue their activities in a globalizing and constantly innovative competitive environment, they need to adapt to the changes that occur. The adaptation process is directly related to the agility levels of businesses. Agility levels are reflected in supply chain activities in terms of businesses being able to effectively respond to producer and consumer-oriented market needs. Supply chain agility is important in terms of meeting customer demands in a timely and effective manner, increasing the performance of businesses and gaining competitive advantage. In this context, the main purpose of this study is to determine the effects of supply chain agility on supply chain performance and business performance. In line with this main purpose, a survey was conducted on businesses operating in the automotive sub-industry registered with the Konya Chamber of Industry (KSO). As a result of the analyzes, it was concluded that supply chain agility positively affects supply chain performance and business performance; and also that supply chain performance positively affects business performance.
