Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, bacterial isolates isolated from sick plants in Tekirda Naipkoy Village vegetable production areas were determined using classical methods (morphological, cytological, and biochemical tests) with Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. vesicatoria and Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato bacteria. Samples were collected from the vegetable cultivation areas of Naipkoy village for this purpose in order to identify the bacteria cause of the disease using traditional methods. 62 isolates were obtained as a result of isolation from the collected samples. 35 isolates were investigated from tomato (17) and pepper (10) plant samples that tested positive in the tobacco hypersensitivity test. 35 isolates were examined as a result of "morphological," "Potassium Hydroxide Test," "LOPAT," "Starch Hydrolysis Test," "Catalase Reaction Test," and "Oxidative/Fermentation Test" tests; in tomato plants, Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato and Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. vesicatoria.
