Historical analysis of Tevârih-i Güzîde-Nusret-Nâme

Târîh-* Güzîde, Nuŝretnâme – wr*tten *n the class*c era of Chagatay Turk*sh (around 16th century) – *s one of *ts rarely observed k*nd of l*terary work *n Mongol*an h*story, thus holds a notable s*gn*f*cance *n the narrat*on of Central As*an Turk h*story. The pr*nc*pal part of th*s remarkable work cons*sts of Ş*bânî- name, followed by the Chagatay Turk*sh translat*on of f*rst volume of Câm*'ü't-Tevâr*h, Târ*h-* Mübâreke-* Gazan Han. Paves *ts *ntroductory part w*th the Legend of Oghuz Khagan, Târîh-* Güzîde, Nuŝretnâme also covers broad range of h*stor*cal record, from the l*fe and governance of Gengh*s Khan to the re*gn of Mahmut Bahadır Sultan, brother of Ş*ban Han.
