Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis is to study the jurisprudence of Imam Al-Nasa'i in his book "Al-Sunan Al-Sughra", dealing with the chapter of Prayer, a comparative study between his jurisprudence and the jurisprudence of the four imams. To recognize the merits of his jurisprudential approach, and his method of weighting between jurisprudential opinions, The importance of the study comes from the scholarly status of Imam al-Nasa'i, as he is one of the imams of jurisprudence and Hadith science. And from the status of his book Al-Sunan Al-Sughra, which is considered one of the six principles of the Noble Hadith, To achieve the purposes of the study, the researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach that fulfills the purposes of this study in terms of translating the biographical and scholarly biography of Imam al-Nisa'i and describing his book, as well as when presenting and analyzing the jurisprudence of Imam al-Nisa'i in the minor Sunan of the Book of Prayer, which includes several chapters, as well as the comparative approach in interviewing the opinion of the imam with other owners of other schools of jurisprudence. The results of this study are the following: The ability of Imam al-Nasa'i in Hadith men's evaluation and methods of hadith made him more likely to ways and narratives corrected by many scholars. In his book, Al-Nasa'i mixed jurisprudence and hadith, touching on the finest jurisprudential details, and providing evidence for that, Al-Nasa'i often put his jurisprudential opinion in defining the chapters. In general, he was more likely according to what was clear to him from the correct evidence. He also narrated from those who were accused of heresy if his righteousness was proven, Among the most prominent of his jurisprudential views: the legitimacy of the imam taking the allegiance from the parish to maintain the performance of the five daily prayers.
