Abstract (EN)

Aim: Time management in patients with typical chest pain is very important because it is important to determine the appropriate treatment principle. Early diagnosis increases when considering increasing the mortality and morbidity every minute of the time it races. From here, by recognizing the first electrocardiogram (ECG) findings of patients with typical chest pain that applies to emergency services, we believe that by detecting the most common pathologic findings, both early diagnosis and treatment can be achieved and most of the losses to be experienced can be reduced. Materials and Methods: ECGs of adult patients over the age of 16 years, which are typical chest pain that accepts to participate in the study, were withdrawn. Demographic of patients who applied with emergency characteristics chest pain between 01 November 2016 and 01 May 2017 were recorded in pathological ECG findings, blood parameters forms. Within the first month, patients were questioned whether they developed a cardiac event. Patients with Exituswas recorded. Patients with pathologic findings before ECG, those with changes in ECG due to non-cardiac reasons, those who were followed up after the study were excluded from the study. Findings: The majority of the patients (63.0%) were male gender.79 of the patients (33.6) were hospitalized with coronary intensive care; 154 (65.5) patients were discharged. Diabetic patients were 3.87 times more likely to have ST elevation diagnoses (RR 3.87 CI 95%) (confidence interval: 1,814-8,243).It shows that patients with diabetes are more likely to have ST elevation myocardial infarction. T negative was associated with gender (p = 0.020).ST depression was found to be significantly higher than the normals in the present group (P = 0.001). T-negative group was significantly higher than the normals (P = 0.017).No statistically significant difference was found in ST elevation groups (p = 0,170). Results: When we look at the data obtained from our study, acute coronary artery disease was found relatively low despite the fact that the patients were suffering from a typical chest pain complaint. Nevertheless, typical pain in the child will continue to take place in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. Key Words: EKG, Chest pain, Acute coronary syndrome
