Abstract (EN)

Different quality management practices have been developed through extensive research to ensure that various aspects of quality are understood and measured. Unlimited improvement developed within the scope of total quality management is one of the important improvement tools. Addressing business performance and logistics practices within the framework of quality practices, determining standard measures and providing more realistic and useful analyzes with a quality perspective, The aim of the research is to evaluate the relationship between total quality management, unlimited improvement and logistics management, along with all models and sub-dimensions, with business performance on the basis of industrial companies in Libya. Data were collected from 401 employees of industrial companies in Libya by face-to-face survey method. CFA showed high reciprocal correlation between all items of the scales. The results were confirmed by CFA and the model fit was acceptable. Normality analysis was performed and it was seen that the four variables were not taken from a normally distributed population. Spearman correlation showed a positive and strong correlation between total quality management and unlimited improvement. While performing route analysis with Smart PLS 4, which confirms the relationships between variables, it has been determined that logistics management has an indirect effect on business performance. It is expected that this study will guide the representatives of the sector, other sectors besides the industrial sector, and contribute to the researchers in terms of new studies.
