Abstract (EN)

There are many negative consequences for both women and workplaces. It is known that this discrimination is prohibited by national and international regulations and is seen in many parts of the working life. This study aims to determine the effects of the concept of sexual discrimination on women in business life. A policy, strategy and the implementation of all these are of great importance, which will be effective in strengthening and developing women within the society. Although there have been general breakthroughs in achieving equality between the sexes and the elimination of gender discrimination, there are many steps to be taken in order to reach the desired level. In this study I made a large literature review on the researches made in the last 15 years and articles and books on the subject were used. In the study, as mentioned above, inequalities between women and men, the place of women in working life and the importance of women's labor in health services are emphasized. Health care is a service area where women are from the past to the present. In health services, health care services and primary health care services in the majority of hospitals in the majority of women constitute the majority of health care workers. This service is accompanied by professional discrimination and gender discrimination. Although there is such a situation in health services, there are some differences on women working in this service area and women are exposed to both domestic work and unfair treatment in the field of work. The nursing profession, which constitutes the majority of the health services, and the intense presence of women in this nursing profession and the discrimination experiences of women working in this profession who interacts most with the patient will be determined. Because of the nature of the woman being a mother, there are some thoughts that it is even more appropriate for women to make this angel. However, the sense of maternity causes not to be seen as part of the labor. From this point of view, it is seen that the definition of nursing profession is constantly stretching.
