Abstract (EN)
In this master's thesis, it is aimed to examine the inequalities that women are exposed to in football coaching, which is a gendered institution, with a system focus. Female coaches are at the center of a gendered system and are exposed to inequalities through the football coaching profession. I aim to reveal the gender-based inequalities experienced by women through football coaching by using gendered institution theory. At the end of the thesis, I propose to make strategic proposals against the gender-based inequalities that systematically surround the football coaching institution.
