Abstract (EN)
The energy crisis which appeared after the economic crisis led searchers to find alternative energy sources. As a result of this research which also continues today, heat pump systems become popular and biggest alternative method to classical systems. In this thesis, historical progress, researches and simple basic principles about the subject are explained. Heat pump systems are classified into sources and ground heat pump measurement steps are explained. A villa's in Hadımköy Istanbul which is heated and cooled by ground sources heat pump, heat gain and heat loss, ground loop measurement is calculated and compared with application Comparisation air source heat pumps and ground source heat pumps with economically and tecnologically is examined for the same villa. The result of this examination, ground source heat pump's first investment cost is more than air source, and it's operating cost is less than air source. And air source heat pump may cause problem in low temperature. Key Words : Heat pump, ground, air, efficient, cost XI
