Abstract (EN)
Human resources are considered the most valuable asset of any organization. It is obvious that human resources must be used in the best possible way to reach individual and organizational goals. Therefore, in order to achieve the ultimate goals, employees need to fulfill their life and work satisfactorily. Dissatisfaction leads to frustration and frustration leads to aggression. Job satisfaction or dissatisfaction is the result of various factors related to current job situations. In this research, it is aimed to reveal the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction. It is believed that employees may be aggressive in their management attitudes that they are not satisfied with their work. A dissatisfied employee can cause serious harm to the reputation of the organization and damage to business interests.
