Abstract (EN)
Purpose of this research; To determine the occupational burnout and talent management on the perfonmance of employees in health sector. In this context, the impact of occupational and talent management on workers sector throught stress-intensive business lines and the relationship between these concepts has bee investigated. Within the scope of the research, the data obtained from 395 health care workers working in Public and Private Hospitals in Istanbul were analyzed through SPSS 24.0 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) function in R statistical program. As a result of the analyzes, a significant difference was found according to employees' working shifts, willingness to choose their occupation, sleeping problem situation and the situation of seeing their profession as appropriate for themselves on general burnout and its sub-dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment perceptions; according to unit in which they work on general occupational burnout perceptions; according to the situation of seeing their profession as appropriate for themselves on talent management perceptions and according to unit in which they work on working performance perceptions. In addition, it was found that talent management positively affects employee performance, the levels of individuals' professional burnout negatively affect their working performance, there is a negative relationship between talent management and professional burnout and occupational burnout indirectly affects employee performance through talent management.
