The second chapter discusses the provisions regarding the transfer of personal data considered in The General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union. The provisions stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 are examined in the last chapter. Keywords: personal data, transfer of personal data, explicit consent, adequacy decisions, appropriate safeguards.
