Abstract (EN)
The bond is a debt security issuing by the joint stock companies in series with the same nominal value in order to borrow loans. The company issuing the bond undertakes to bondholders to pay the principla amount together with an interest t the end of a term in excahnge of the money borrowed. Bonds are the most important financing instruments especially for joint stock companies. Private companies issue and sell the bonds in order to create a financing resource for the investment and improve their activity.Especially in countries of liberal economy, joint stock companies provide an considerable amount of financing by encouraging people for the purchase of the bonds.
